Za mu iya samar da CsI (Tl), CsI (Na), CdWO4, LYSO, LSO, YSO, GAGG, BGO scintillation arrays.Dangane da aikace-aikacen TiO2/BaSO4/ESR/E60 ana amfani da su sosai azaman abu mai nuni don keɓewar pixel.sarrafa injin mu yana kiyaye ƙarancin juriya don haɓaka kaddarorin jiki na tsararru waɗanda suka haɗa da juriya, girma, ƙarancin giciye magana da daidaituwa da sauransu.

1D Linear array ana amfani dashi galibi don masana'antar binciken tsaro, kamar na'urar daukar hotan takardu, na'urar daukar hoto ta jirgin sama, na'urar daukar hotan takardu na 3D da NDT.Abubuwan Ciki Harda CsI(Tl), GOS:Tb/Pr Film.
GAGG:Ce, CdWO4 scintillator da dai sauransu. An yawanci guda biyu tare da Silicon Photodiode line tsararru domin karanta fita.
Ana amfani da tsararrun 2D kullum don yin hoto, gami da likita (SPECT, PET, PET-CT, ToF-PET), SEM, kyamarar gamma.Waɗannan tsararrun 2D galibi ana haɗe su tare da tsararrun SiPM, tsararrun PMT don karantawa.Kinheng yana samar da tsararrun 2D ciki har da LYSO, CsI (Tl), LSO, GAGG, YSO, CsI (Na), BGO scintillator da sauransu.
